How do you round to nearest cent?

lets say you have $78.99-that's your answer

if you have 9.75 cents- your answer is 10 cents

if you have 5.48 cents- your answer is 5 cents

any thing .5 and up goes to the higher number and visa verso, anything less than .5 goes down.

this works when your rounding to ones, tens, hundreds, millions, tenths, etc.
