If you have number, say, 4637, you find the hundreds place which in this case is the 6. Look at the number to the right of it which is 3. If that number is the number 4 or less, the number, 6, will remain the same, and then change the rest, 3 and 7, to zeros. If the number (3) is the number 5 or more, the 6 goes up to 7, and change the other numbers to zeros.
