It really depends on what type of symbol you use (ex. X + - /), but for division you can move the decimal place over for both numbers (the dividend and the divisor) until both numbers are whole and do normal division and then after you would count how many places you moved the decimal place and move the decimal place that many times (to the left) to get your answer.

The answer depends on the equation: there is no single method which can be used for all equations.
Decimals are simply a way to express numbers. There is nothing to solve!
Tell me the equations first.
You need as many equations as you have variables.
You can solve the system of equations with three variables using the substitute method, or using matrix operations.
Not necessarily, but often it is simpler to convert fractions into decimals to solve the equation.

You undo one of the operations at a time, always with the aim of isolating the variable you want to solve for on one side.

Even if you keep the decimal, later on you will still have to remove it. It is just an easier way to solve the equation.

There are people who use this web site that can and will solve equations.
Equations always contain an
You can use a graph to solve systems of equations by plotting the two equations to see where they intersect
The answer depends on the nature of the equations.
You solve equations with fractions the same way you solve other equations. You perform various arithmetic operations on both sides of the equals sign until you get the result you want.
