The only way to do that is really awkward.
For a mixed number, you need a whole number and a fraction. In order to make
a fraction, you'd have to rob part of the 1,412 and write it as an ugly fraction.
Something like
1,411 1/1
1,410 2/1
1,409 9/3
etc.
I told you it wouldn't be pretty.
you turn percents into mixed numbers by turning the percent into a fraction then a mixed number
To turn a mixed number into a ratio, you must divide each number into a common denominator.
It's not clear what you mean by "regular number". If you mean a whole number, like the ones you count with, then those are not mixed numbers, and you can't turn them into one.
You cannot convert it to a mixed number unless you have a solid number before the decimal point.
You have to turn it into a improper fraction

Whole numbers can't be a mixed number.
Whole numbers such as 6648 are not normally expressed as mixed numbers
1.3
30/7 as a mixed number is 4 2/7.
It is: 2.016 = 2 and 2/125 in its lowest terms as a mixed number
10.5 as a mixed number in its simplest form is 10 and 1/2
225 is an integer and so there is no sensible way of representing it as a mixed number.
