one way is to type capital S as Greek symbol on font tab. Not sure this board supports that

Well I'm on an iMac but I am using it with a windows keyboard I don't know if it will work for you. It is Alt+V or just copy it and paste it when you need it √

The alt code for the summation symbol is 228, so you can type the symbol by holding down alt and typing 228 (using the number pad). (You can also copy and paste it: Σ)
