That's a difficult question to answer, because different cartridges have different specifications, and muzzle energy and velocity are different when fired from guns with different barrel lengths. One particular 9mm cartridge may be "more powerful" than say, one particular 40 caliber cartridge but "less powerful" than another.
9 mm * 9 mm = 81 mm2 = 0.81 cm2
1 mm is the thickness of a dime. 1cm is 10 mm
1 cm = 10 mm 2 cm = 20 mm 3 cm = 30 mm . . 9 cm = 90 mm That's more than 77 mm.
It is a length of 45 mm.
A 9 mm handgun can cause a lot of damage to someone's chest and abdomen. A 9 mm handgun and kill someone.

The manual does not say either way, but most modern 9 mm pistols can handle +P ammo unless it is specifically prohibited. Best thing to do is to email the company.

"Best" is subjective. A really good definitition of best is, the ammo that functions the most reliably in your particular gun.
