You could drive at any speed you're comfortable with, and cover 300 miles. The only difference
would be the length of time it would take you to cover the distance.

For example:

If you drive at 60 miles per hour, you would cover 300 miles in 5 hours.

If you drive at 100 mph, you would cover 300 miles in 3 hours.

If you drive at 20 mph, you would cover 300 miles in 15 hours.

You don't even have to drive. You could walk, at 3 miles an hour, and cover the distance in 100 hours.
