A US one cent coin is 1.55mm thick. Thus a stack of 1,000,000 would be 1,550,000mm, or 1.55 kilometers (0.963 miles) high.

A Canadian one cent coin is 1.45mm thick. Thus a stack of 1,000,000 would be 1,450,000mm, or 1.55 kilometers (0.901 miles) high.

Depends on which country.

A lot of countries issue 1 Cent coins.

If it is U.S.A. then 1 Cent "Lincoln Cent - Union Shield"is 1.55mm thick

so 100 = 155mm = 0.155 Metres

then 10,000 = 15.5 Metres

so 100 times that = 1 million coins = 1,550 Metres

Is there a mint mark to differ Canberra and Wales mints of 1 cent coins?

The only Australian 1 cent coins to be minted at the Royal Mint Wales, were 40 million of the total 223 million 1981 coins. The 1 cent coins minted at the RAM Canberra, show all whiskers as being sharp on the Feather Tailed Glider. It is unclear what the difference is, but it is likely that one or more whiskers would be blunted for coins minted at the Wales Mint.
