I'm assuming you meant foot and a half on each side of your square tiles.
18' / 1.5' = 12 tiles across that way...
13' / 1.5' = 8 2/3 tiles down that way...
if this was a real construction project, you'd buy 12x9 tiles, or 108 tiles, and throw away the little sections you had to cut off.
if this was a math problem, (maybe putting the little cut sections together to make more tiles?) 12 x 8 2/3 = 104 tiles, with no leftover little sections remaining : )
5,184 2-square-inch tiles are needed.
400 6" x 6" tiles are needed.

22.2 tiles so buy 23 tiles.
It would be 9 tiles wide by 12 tiles long. That gives you a total of 108 tiles.

I hope you meant 20 inch by 20 inch tiles, but the answer is around 13.38
You will need 44 six inch tiles to cover 11 square feet.
720 4"x 8" tiles are needed.
