I assume the measurement is in inches (it would have been helpful to say, because the measurement is vital!). So these are 2ft x2ft=4sq ft. 120 sq ft divided by 4 sq ft is 30 tiles. If the shape of the 120 sq ft is something odd like 7.5ft x 16ft etc there is a lot of awkward cutting to do, and in some cases there will be wastage, so think ahead, you may need more.

120"*120" is 14400 sq. in. 15"*15" is 225 sq. in 14400/225=64 tiles..
A 12x24 tile is 2 square feet. There are 120 tiles that would be needed.

Each 24x24 tile is 2 sq ft. You need 60 tiles minimum.

3600 of them. Get 4000 to be safe.

A 10'-0" X 10'-0" area is 120" X 120". 120" divided by 16" = 7.5 tiles. Therefore your room is 7.5 tiles X 7.5 tiles. This equates to 49 full tiles + 14 half tiles (or 7 full tiles) + a tile for the one corner. This totals 57 tiles. I would add extra to cover mistakes when cutting the tiles - check quantity per package and round up.
120 tiles because the area of the floor is 30 square feet. If you can fit four tiles into one square foot then you could fit 120 tiles in 60 square feet.
Depends on how much overlap there is with neighboring tiles, and if you need part-tiles at the sides etc. At least 120 at a guess.
