This question cannot be answered sensibly. A cubic centimetre (cc) is a measure of volume, with dimensions [L3]. A milligram (mg) is a measure of mass, with dimensions [M]. Basic dimensional analysis teaches that in most cases you cannot convert between measures with different dimensions without additional information.

A little thought will make it obvious that 150 mg of air will occupy much more volume than 150 mg of lead.
