A Corporate Attorney is going to work pretty normal business hours of 40 to 50 hours a week, with certain times where they will put in a lot of extra hours, such as during labor negotiations, or big contracts, or even a big case for the company. An associate is usually required to bill for over 2000 hours a year, which requires a lot more than that in effort expended.
