For any triangle on a plain surface, the sum of the interior angles is ALWAYS 180 degrees. This includes equilateral triangles.

However a triangle draw on a spherical surface the sum in the interior angles may add to 360 degrees.

Each angle is 60 degrees, adding to 180 degrees for all three angles.

All triangles add to 180 degrees, whether or not equilateral, but only equilateral have 60 degrees each angle.
