The dress you're describing is often referred to as a "fit and flare" dress. It features a fitted bodice that accentuates the waist and flares out at the bottom, creating a balanced silhouette. This style is popular for its flattering shape, allowing for ease of movement while still maintaining a stylish look. Another similar style is the "A-line" dress, which also has a fitted top but gradually widens toward the hem.
If the two larger sections were fitted together, they would typically form a larger geometric shape, depending on their original configurations. For example, if the sections are triangular, they might create a larger triangle or a parallelogram. If they are rectangular, they could form a larger rectangle or a square. The specific resulting shape would ultimately depend on the dimensions and angles of the sections being combined.
The word "fitted" has two "t's" due to its formation from the verb "fit," which is irregular. In English, many verbs that end in a single vowel followed by a consonant double the final consonant when adding a suffix that begins with a vowel, such as "-ed." This doubling helps maintain the short vowel sound in the original word, resulting in "fitted."
The global market for fitted caps is substantial, with millions sold each year. Estimates suggest that around 50 million fitted caps are sold annually, driven by trends in fashion, sports, and streetwear. This number can vary based on factors such as brand popularity, seasonal trends, and market demand.

A featherbed goes under the bottom (fitted) sheet. Even better, to protect it, put the featherbed directly on top of the mattress, then put a mattress protector/pad on top of the featherbed, then the fitted sheet. The mattress pad can be regulary washed while many feather beds are not washable, even if made from synthetic materials.
If you are referring to the ones where the elastic helps to keep it in place, good luck to you! I've not seen them around for years. But, here's an idea that worked for me. I took the flat top sheet and stitched the edges directly onto those of my bottom fitted sheet. this way when the fitted sheet is in place, the top sheet is in place as well. Start at knee level stitch it all the way around the foot and up the other side to the same level. It's less expensive and worth a try!
it does not have one you need the boot key access it or you can get after market one fitted
