16 eggs! :D
Formula: 1 dozen eggs equals 12 eggs 12 X 21 = 252 You would need 252 eggs to make 21 dozen.
It takes 12 eggs to make a dozen. If 1.5 chickens produce 1.5 eggs, then 1 chicken produces 1 egg, and it takes 12 chickens to produce 1 dozen eggs.
12 eggs= a dozen
I would make 12 pounds
Depends on how many ounces you are serving per person.
yes
In Weight Watchers, 1 large hard boiled egg is 2 points. You can make egg salad for 3 points or deviled eggs for 2 points as well. A Weight Watchers chopped salad is only 3 points.

Depends on your tasate, but that is a lot of potato salad. Making a "regular" batch (not large) at home with about 5 lbs. of potatoes, I would add at least 5 eggs and I presume you are speaking of hard boiled eggs. (So you can do the math.) I have a German friend who soft cooks the egg (the yolk is slightly runny) and adds hers that way, not requiring as many eggs and good in flavor.
9 eggs. You simply need to take 54, and divide it by 24 to find out by how much you are multiplying the recipe. 2.25. And then multiply the amount of eggs, 4, by 2.25, and thus you reach 9.
There is many ingredients that you can put in a salad such as lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, turkey or ham, carrots, eggs, cucumbers. You can add whatever you would like to your salad. Try different stuff or mix it up!

You would need about 300 mushrooms to make chicken salad for 100 people.
There are many choices in making a plain salad, but one suggestion might be lettuce with tomatoes only.
