Well, if by the question, you mean, how many hours a day should you run your filter and chlorinator, the answer is 8 hours per day in summer; half early morning, half late afternoon, 6 hours per day in winter; half early morning, half late afternoon

$67.74 using 120 volts. Great job on the math, but a refrigerator doesn't run 24 hours a day. It runs off of a thermostat and has periods of off/on. It depends on the climate in which you live (i.e. how hot it is in your house) as to how often your refrigerator kicks on. Its actually really hard to keep track of. If you buy a "Kill A Watt" meter, you can plug your fridge into it and it will tell you how many watts the fridge has actually used in a day. It probably only runs a few hours total each day!
24 hours. They have different shifts. They also run more of their like plans during the night
As long as you need to. In an open area, 8 hours a day is plenty. If you live in a wooded area, it doesn't hurt to run it 24 hours a day.

You can put it immediately in the fridge or do what I do and let cool for maybe 20 minutes or so to prevent the excess condensation from developing in the fridge. Just do not leave it out for more than 2 hours or you run the risk of bacterial growth.
