It depends on what aircraft you are in. In something like a Tiger Moth, the cruising speed is around 65 mph which would mean a flying time of around 65 hours. But, unless fitted with extra tanks, the range was only around 300 miles so there would have to be 14 refuelling stops - greatly increasing the flight time.

On the other hand, even though more than 30 years old, military aircraft like the SR1 Blackbird can fly that distance in about 2 hours!
