1) Density(kg/m^3) = Mass(kg) / Volume(m^3)

2) Density of water = 1000kg/m^3

3) Take note: 1m^3 = 1000 Litter

so, 1 Litter = 1 / 1000 m^3

4) Sub into (1)

1000 = Mass / (1 / 1000)

1000 x (1 / 1000) = Mass

Mass = 1kg

5) ANS: 1 littre = 1kg...
