One lakh is 10^5 (Here in the US we would write this as 100,000; in India I think you would write it as 1,00,000).

One trillion in most of the world is 10^12. In the US we would write it as 1,000,000,000,000. Some places still use the so called long scale, in which 1 trillion is 10^18.

Assuming 10^12, then there are 10^7 or 10million lakhs in a trillion, which would be written 10,000,000 in the US. In India you would probably say 1 crore lakhs per trillion, written as 1,00,00,000 lakhs.
