There is no such measure as a macrogram, although there is a microgram.

Having said that, a microgram is a measure of mass. A millimetre is a measure of length or distance. The two measure different things and,according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.

The question is like asking about the mass of your walk to school.
