It doesn't make sense to convert between units of length, and units of temperature (or angle, whichever you mean).

In the case of an angle, the farther away you are from the center, in a rotational movement, the greater is the distance. The calculation is especially simple in radians: distance (along the circumference) = radius x angle. If your angle is in degrees, convert to radians first.
