Please define the length of the blocks.
Block sizes vary. In Manhattan, if that's short blocks, it's 1.5 miles.

In general it is 8 blocks to a mile. Therefore 10 miles = 80 blocks.
Depends on the city. Blocks are not standardized.
There are roughly 12 blocks per mile, so 10.8 billion miles = 129,600,000,000 blocks.
It's about 4 and 1/2 blocks, maybe half a mile.
12 blocks.
It's about 4 miles. In Manhattan, about 17 to 20 street blocks (north/south blocks) equal a mile, and 5 to 10 avenue blocks (east/west blocks) equal a mile. The length of the avenue blocks varies considerably by neighborhood, but generally speaking, the avenue blocks on the West Side are longer than the avenue blocks on the East Side.

I'll let you figure out the equation: Two Lego blocks make an inch. The moon is roughly 250,000 miles from the Earth. There are 5,280 feet in a mile, and 12 inches in a foot, so... 2 blocks x 12 inches x 5,280 feet x 250,000 miles = your answer
That depends on what sort of block you mean, but there is no standard size for any sort of "block". City blocks are not a standard size and neither are cinderblocks or building blocks. You'd have to be more specific for a numerical answer.
