If you mean millilitre, I can answer that. I cannot answer a volume to length question as there are so many parameters not mentioned. 1 litre is 1000ml. 21.4 litres is 21,400ml.

litres is volume, millimetres is length 1 litre = 1,000 millilitres 1 metre = 1,000 millimetres
40 millimetres
Millimetres and millimetres are the same measurement. Therefore, 20 millimetres is equal to 20 millimetres.
Millimetres and millimetres are the same measurement, therefore 5.9 millimetres is equal to 5.9 millimetres.
434 - 214 = 220
6500 mm
Liters can't be converted to millimeters. Liters measure volume, while millimeters measure length.
Liters can't be converted to millimeters. Liters measure volume, while millimeters measure length.
I'm not sure don't ask me you poo :(
There is NO correlation between millimetres and litres !Millimetres is a measure of length, Litres is a measure of volume. They are not the same

litres is volume, millimetres is length 1 litre = 1,000 millilitres 1 metre = 1,000 millimetres
There are 8.1 litres in 8100 millilitres. (Millimetres are a unit of linear measurement).
Millimeters can't be converted to liters. Millimeters measure length, while liters measure volume.
You cannot associated length and volume directly. If however you mean millilitres, there are 1000 millilitres in a litre. If you mean millimetres cubed, there are 1,000,000 mm cubed in a litre.
A millimetre is a unit of length. A litre is a unit of capacity. The two units are therefore incompatible.
