If you mean "minutes", there are 60 minutes of arc in one degree.
If you mean "minors", there don't need to be any. A minor would be an additional course of study different from the principal course for the degree, e.g. a Bachelors degree in History with minors in Latin and Romance Languages. Seldom would there be more than two minors to go with a degree.
