Flour and water are two substances whose weights are referenced to the same system of weights ... the avoirdupois system. Therefore the "pounds" used for each of them are the same pound. So 155 pounds of flour and 155 pounds of water have exactly the same weight, namely 155 pounds. There's no way to tell them apart using a scale.
it all depends on how big the book is
NO!!! It's the other way around!!!! How many pints in a quart. The answer is '2 pints'. Here is the IMperial Liquid TAble. 4 gills = 1 pint 2 pints = 1 quart 4 quarts = 1 gallon.
if you had a math problem that looks like this 1p____ minims it would equal 7,680 minims because the proper way to say it is its hard to find out.
depends on how big ur cups are! the best way to find out is get a pint of water and count how many cups u get out of it, then ul no in future
In rough measure, you can use the mnemonic "A pint's a pound, the world around." So eight pounds is approximately eight pints, or one gallon. More exactly, 1 pound of water = 15.34 US fluid ounces of water, which isn't quite equal to one pint or 16 fluid ounces. But pretty close! So 8 pounds equals 122.7 fluid ounces. Going the other way, one gallon of fresh water at standard temperature and pressure is 8.33 pounds.
None, 'pint' is not a weight.
2.08 pounds.
cups go into pints but two cups go into a pint not the other way around
How many pounds do what weigh? Exactly.
300 - 320 pounds
No way. I'm not sure about the specifics, but I'm almost positive that is way too light. They won't even let you give it, whether you want to or not.

That can really depend on the measurement jar. An Ounce (oz) is a measurement of two different items: volume or weight. Volume: there are 16 tablespoons (Tbs) in 1 cup. 1 cup contains 8 ounces. So, there are 32 tbs in a jar with a volume of 16 ounces. Weight: That can amke a difference on what it is you are measuring because the weight of an item is based on its density. You will get less than 32 tablespoons of liquid gold out a pound of gold. However, since water weighs 8 pounds per gallon and there are 128 liquid ounces in a gallon, there are 2 pounds per quart and 1 pound per 16oz, which happens to be the same volume as a pint of water. So, if you are measuring the weight of water, therer are 32 TBS It is funny how in Ireland, that same pound, this time being used as a monetary measurement, will get you a pint of beer, commonly stated as "A pound a pint." So, no matteer which way you calculate a 16oz pint I guess you still come out with 32 Tbs. :)
