It depends what year you start.

Assuming you do not include a non leap century year (1700, 1800, 1900, 2100, 2200 etc) then there will be 15 leap years and 46 normal years.

leap year = 366 * 24 * 60 * 60 = 31,622,400 seconds

normal years = 365 * 24 * 60 * 60 = 31,536,000 seconds

So 61 years = (15 * 31622400) + (46 * 31536000) = 1,924,992,000 seconds.
