By definition, all triangles have 3 sides.

An Isosceles Triangle is a triangle with all angles less than 90o So there are no obtuse angles (between 90o to 180o).
An isosceles triangle has 3 sides and 2 of its sides are equal in lengths
An isosceles triangle has no parallel sides but it does have two equal sides

It has 3 sides because an acute obtuse and a scalene has 3 sides and they are all the same length no matter what the shape is so the ANSWER IS 3 SIDES3 SIDES
there is many ways to write when classifying a triangle, you can classify it by its sides or angles. When you classify it by angles you can classify it by acute, obtuse, and right triangle. when classyfing it by sides its isosceles, equilateral, and scalene!

Two sides of an isosceles triangle are equal to each other.
There are many different types of triangles. A few are a right triangle, obtuse triangle, equilateral triangle, acute triangle and isosceles triangle.
It doesn't matter if a triangle is isosceles, scalene, obtuse, acute... There are always 3 angles in a triangle (which add up to 180).
