Sorry, I don't agree to your answer. Well the actual space varies with the size of cabinet i.e 600*800 utilize different space as compare to 800*1000 or 1000*1000.
lets see how:-
600*800 = 5.188 sq ft
Now door opening in front & back i.e 2*(1.97*1.97)= 7.76 sq ft
Side maintenance of rack = 4 sq ft
So total = 17 sqft.
Similarly for 800* 1000 = 27sqft and for 1000*1000=36.268=37sqft.
