If limited to positive odd numbers, there are no more ways other than permutations of the above. If not limited to positive numbers, then there are infinitely many ways, eg:

-3 + 3 - 5 + 5 + 13

Take two pairs of odd numbers. Attach a negative sign to one of each pair, and add 13 as the fifth number!
