Take any number, X, greater than or equal to 62.5 and let Y = 125 - X

Then X + Y = 125 and each (X,Y) pair is different. Since there are infinitely many values that X can take, there are infinitely many possible pairs.

Then, you can look at triplets, quads, quins, etc.

After that you can start on multiples of two, three, four etc numbers.
