The average breaths for an adult is: 12-20. So it is good.
Oh, dude, when it comes to typing tests, anything above 60 words per minute is considered pretty solid. But, like, if you're hitting 80 or more, you're basically a typing ninja. Just remember, it's not about speed, it's about the quality of those words... or something like that.
i think it was either 16 or 18 but it should be 16 A reasonably good rested heart rate is 72 beats per minute. So 12 beats in 10 seconds is more normal than 16 to 18.

Well it relly depends on how fast you talk. If you can speak clearly at a faster pace (faster than talking speed) then 600 words should be the limit. However if you struggle then 400-500 words max. would be a good idea.

about a minute, I should think
A good secretary should possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. They should also be discreet, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
A good rate to speak is about 150 two syllable words per minute (four syllable words count as two words). So a 4-5 minute speech should be around 600-700 words or about two typed pages. If you using slides or power point then about 400 words will be enough. The more you prepare the better you will be. If you nervous you will tend to speak faster so remember to speak clearly and not too fast.
In a 3 minute speech, there should be a minimum of 380 (if you speak slower) or maximum of 460 (if you speak a bit faster). Anything slower will become boring for the listeners and anything faster will be unclear and make you seem nervous. Same thing for 2 minutes. For a 2 minute speech, about 290-340 words will be fine. That should be about right because I have timed it myself saying it. Good luck!

A world record that has never, ever been experienced before, and most likely would never be experienced again. Good typists type between 60-80 words per minute. Fast typists type between 80-110 words per minute. Very fast typists can reach speeds of 120 words per minute. Transcriptionists often reach speeds of 140-160 words per minute. The best typists can type 160-240 words per minute. The world record for typing speed is 360 words per minute with a 97.23% accuracy rate (meaning very few mistakes). 4,000 words per minute would be a record that would hold forever!
