That depends how many hours you work a year. It should be roughly 52 weeks x 5 days per week x 8 hours a day, but this calculation doesn't account for vacations and holidays. Also, the number of hours per day (and perhaps the number of days per week) may vary from case to case. Once you got that figured out (or have a rough estimate), divide 5000 by that number, to get the payment per hour.
