There is no such coin. All 1955 cents were struck in bronze.

Cents have never been struck in silver. The only silver-colored cents released to circulation were the famous 1943 "war cents". You have either an altered coin that someone plated with a silver-colored metal, or a novelty item made privately using a different metal than bronze.
