When switching from a 255/70R16 to a 265/75R16 tire, the primary changes are in the tire's width and aspect ratio. The 265 tire is wider (10 mm) and has a larger sidewall height due to the increased aspect ratio, which can result in improved ride comfort and traction. Additionally, the overall diameter of the 265/75R16 tire is larger, which may slightly affect speedometer readings and vehicle handling dynamics. It's important to ensure that the new tire size is compatible with your vehicle's specifications.

The difference between a hemi 265 and a hemi 245 is the horsepower. The 265 has a 218 @ 4,800 gross horsepower while the 245 has 165 @ 4,400 gross horsepower.
Unlikely, it's MUCH wider.
The primary difference between a 245/75R16 and a 265/75R16 tire lies in their width and overall footprint. The first number indicates the tire's width in millimeters; thus, a 265 tire is 20 millimeters wider than a 245 tire. Both tires have the same aspect ratio (75), meaning their height is 75% of their width, and they fit the same diameter rim (16 inches). Consequently, the wider 265 tire may provide better traction and stability but could also affect fuel efficiency and may not fit all vehicles without modifications.

Typically nothing, although it will fill you fenders out better. On my dodge I went from a 245/70-17 to a 265/70-17. A little taller and a little wider...

Ok first off most lift kits for a Jeep Liberty are 2" to 3" anything over three inches is not recommended as it will put too much stress on the axles and possible break them in an off-road situation. That being said there are two tire sizes which are most common for lifted Liberty's the first being a 245/75/r16 and the second being a 265/70/r16. the 245 is wider and the 265 is taller it just depends on your preference.
The 265 tire is larger diameter than 235 also maybe wider will change spedometer accuracy.
Mine are 245/70R17
