To make a right pentagonal prism, start with two congruent pentagons, with sides of length P, Q, R, S and T units - these can all be equal, if you like. If the prism is to be L units long, then you will need one rectangle of each of the following dimensions: LxP, LxQ, LxR, LxS and LxT. The pentagons need to be parallel and facing each other at a distance of L units and then the rectanles will join the corresonding edges of the pentagons.
