You can't convert cc/min to cc/lbs.
cc means copies to. Here you put a list of e-mail addresses you want to get a copy. It just basically gives you space to put more people to send to.
Carbon Copy People in that field will get an exact copy of the E-Mail you sent. The basic difference between "To" and "CC" is that people in to are the people who the E-Mail is for, "CC" are people who should just get informed to just know about it but the message is not directed to them. "BCC" means Blind Carbon Copy people in that field will not be visible to the other recipients they won't now to who else you sent the message + the other people (people in the fields "To" and "CC") won't know that you put any people in BCC.
