3) Now you may find the Circumference. Once you find the Diameter of a circle, you multiply it by pi. Pi is the value of 3.14 . Once you multiply the Diameter by pi, you find the Circumference! For example, if a jogger estimated diameter of a circular path as 200 meters across, then circumference would be 200 times 3.14 .

4) Make sure to verify your units of measurement. If your Diameter is in meters, your circumference must be in meters also.
