Two equal size right angle triangles.

A square can be folded exactly in half along its diagonal or through the midpoint of any side, creating two equal halves. Similarly, a rectangle can also be folded in half along its longer or shorter dimension. Other shapes, like circles, can be folded in half along their diameter. However, not all shapes can be divided evenly in this way.
Ellipse * * * * * At right angles to the length, it would be a circle. Along the length it would be a rectangle. Only a diagonal cross section would be an ellipse.
The lowercase letter "h" does not have a diagonal line of symmetry. It is symmetrical along a vertical line, but not along a diagonal. The shape of "h" is such that if you were to draw a diagonal line through it, the two halves would not mirror each other.

you use SOHCAHTOA to work out whether you need to use sine or cosine (as you already have the hypotenuse) you then use the diagonal as the hypotenuse and use the equation of either: sin(angle)=missing side/diagonal cos(angle)=missing side/diagonal you then take the answer and mark it on the two sides that it applies to. you use the value you just found along with the diagonal in the Pythagoras theorem equation (in this case it will be b2 = diagonal2-other side2). you then have the value of every side so you just add them all together.
A minor diagonal matrix is one where the only non-zero entries are along the diagonal that runs from bottom most left to upper most right.
Oh, dude, you just gotta draw two diagonal lines from one corner to the opposite corner, creating four triangles, and then draw a line horizontally across the middle of the rectangle. Boom, five equal parts! It's like slicing a pizza, but with shapes.
A rectangle is a four-sided shape, a parallelogram. Since a rhombus is a parallelogram then it is also a rectangle in a sense. Along with a square, it is a type of rectangle.
It has a line of rotational symmetry - along the diagonal.

Simply because if you join two of the same size (with one rotated by 180 degrees) along their longest side, they will form either a square or a rectangle. Both of those shapes tessellate
The path was marked as a red diagonal line on the map. In chess, bishops move along diagonal lines, always on the same colored square. Cut the square of cloth on a diagonal line to form two triangular bandages.
