That would have to be a triangular prism
There would be 8 faces. Each square pyramid has 1 square face (its base) and 4 triangular faces. When you glue the squares together, you get a new polyhedron with 8 faces.
10 * * * * * Polyhedra are named according to the number of faces that they have. So a 3d dodecagon, called a dodecahedron would have 12 faces.
Well, it has 24 edges, 10 faces, and finally,16 vertices's
octagon
Compose(d) means more than just to write and arrange music. As an adjective, it can mean "calm" or "tranquil" which would apply to psychology. As a verb, it can mean "to put together" or "to place with". It can be use as "The composite was composed of. . . . "
A dodecahedron. A dodecahedron is any polyhedron with twelve faces, but usually a regular dodecahedron is meant. It is a Platonic solid composed of twelve regular pentagonal faces, with three meeting at each vertex. It has twenty (20) vertexes and thirty (30) edges. The dodecahedron would be the Platonic solid with the largest volume if all were made with edges of the same length.
You would say a piece of music was composed BY someone.
I think 11 faces
That would be a cylinder, with the faces on each end.
That would have to be a triangular prism
Each cube has 6 faces. So 4 cubes together would have 24 faces.
the other faces on a pentagonal prism would be rectangular
Yes; six of them. The "top" and the "bottom" would be the hexagonal faces.
There would be 8 faces. Each square pyramid has 1 square face (its base) and 4 triangular faces. When you glue the squares together, you get a new polyhedron with 8 faces.
Not possible !... A six-faced block would have to be either a cube (in which all six faces are squares) or a cuboid - which would have four rectangular and two square faces !
Triangular prism I would think.
