You can't tell the area from the perimeter. There are an infinite number of rectangles

that all have the same perimeter but different areas.

Here are a few that all have perimeter of 60 m:

1 x 29 . . . . . area = 29

2 x 28 . . . . . 56

3 x 27 . . . . . 81

4 x 26 . . . . 104

5 x 25 . . . . 125

6 x 24 . . . . 144

7 x 23 . . . . 161

8 x 22 . . . . 176

9 x 21 . . . . 189

10 x 20 . . . 200

12 x 18 . . . 216

14 x 16 . . . 224

15 x 15 . . . 225

0.1 x 29.5 . . area = 2.95
