A dog day is a type of day, not a day of determinate length.
Some ideas for one minute presentations are:How to cook a specific food dishHow to put on make-upWhat to take on a camping tripWhy dogs barkThe best place to go on vacationThe food groupsWhat a specific nutrient is needed forThe main goal in choosing a topic is that it is specific enough that you can say what you need to say in one minute, which is not very long for a speech.
Any dog can be dangerous if it is not trained and brought up in a loving, caring home. My experience of a staffie crossed with a labrador is that it is a loving dog, great with kids ( I have 12 grandchildren, ageing between 2 and 12) and people of all ages, full of energy and great with other dogs, mine is brought up with three other dogs of different breeds. Not a dog that barks a lot, but has a lot of energy and needs to run for a ball, rather than a ten minute walk along a street. 60-120 times per minute, depending on the size, breed and level of fitness. Small dogs have a faster heart rate than large dogs.
first of all dogs do NOT have arms, they have 4 legs, 2 forelegs and 2 hind legs! And the toe to which you refer is known as a DEWCLAW and is the result of an genetic adaptation over time that reduced the dogs paws from having 5 toes to 4 toes.
Small Dog - 140-160 beats per minute Medium Dog - 120-140 beats per minute Large Dog - 60-80 beats per minute This is vague, so allow for 10bpm inaccuracy either side of each band.
There are about 108 dogs that die a minute in the United States alone. This number is in the thousands world-wide.

Personally, I haven't eaten a whole hamburger in under a minute. Maybe not even under five minutes. But the world record for most hamburgers eaten in EIGHT minutes is 103... which is just about 13 hamburgers per minute. So I'd go with 13. :)
