∙ 14y agoSay the number is y
(y x 9) - 14 = 67 (+14)
y x 9 = 81 (/9)
y = 9
so the number is 9

∙ 14y agoThis is a highly ambiguous question, because there are many ways to continue any finite sequence. In fact, there are infinitely many, because any number whatsoever can be the next number in some sequence. In this case, I can think of at least 2 that make sense.32 is 28 less than 60, and 18 is 14 short of 32. So first they subtract 28, then 14, which is half of 28. If u continue that logic, u would take half of 14 (7) and subtract it from 18, so the next number would be 11.Again, they subtract 28 and then 14, which 14 less than 28. So the next number to be subtracted should be 14 - 14 = 0. So the next number should be 18 again.I could go on and on, but u get the idea.
Subtract two, multiply by two, subtract one. :)
In addition different signs you subtract and give the sign of the bigger number. Ex: 6+(-8)= -14
I - 14
To convert from inches to cm, you multipy by 2.54.
If you want to subtract a smaller number from a bigger number then just subtract. For example: 14 - 12 = 2 and etc. (more but it is going to be too long) 15 - 13 = 2 16 - 14 = 2
Subtract the bottom number (atomic number) from the top number (mass number). The result is the number of neutrons. For example, carbon-14 has the nuclear symbol notation of 14 6C. Subtract 6 from 14 and you get 8 neutrons. Keep in mind that some elements have multiple isotopes and will sometimes have greater or fewer neutrons.

14. If you have the numbers in order like so: 7,9,11,14,21 you can see that 21 is the greater number. You then subtract 21 from the smallest number, 7, and you get 14.

if you want a mixed number, it is 14 and 1/10 if you want an improper fraction, it is 141/10, because to get it from a mixed number to an improper fraction you multipy the whole number by the denominator, the add that number to the numerator. hope i helped!!!!!!!! ~jaimelefrancais<3
14 neutrons exactly. Just subtract atomic Mass with the atomic number so 27-13=14

The isotope number and the atomic number can be used to calculate the number of neutrons. Consider carbon-14. The atomic number for carbon is 6 (i.e., the number of protons is 6). The isotope number of carbon-14 (i.e., 14 = protons + neutrons). Subtract the atomic number from the isotope number calculate the number of neutrons (8 for carbon-14).
