This answer is irrelevant because you did not explain yourself, the correct answer is,"Its important so you can separate whole numbers for parts of whole numbers."
Mixed numbers have fractional parts that must be compared; whole numbers do not.
The quantity (magnitude, numrical value) and the units (eg inch, metre, light year)
A ratio is a comparison of parts in a whole. Both parts of a ratio will work out less than 1, so would never be a mixed number. eg ratio of oil to petrol of 1:25, total number of parts = 26, so fraction of oil = 1 / 26 and fraction of petrol = 25 / 26 * * * * * A ratio does not have to be a comparison of parts to a whole. It can also be in the reverse form: comparison of a whole to a part. Thus, the ratio of a year to a week (in a non-leap year) would be 365 : 7. In fractional form that would be 521/7
Parts of the body and statues were used as measurements for length. Weights were made out f stone, bronze, or pottery.
it separating the whole numbers from the fraction parts.
What are you comparing the '45' to?????
their parts of the body
They are ways of calculating and comparing parts of wholes.
The measurement of living human beings for the purpose of classifying and comparing human races is called anthropometry. It involves taking precise measurements of various parts of the body to assess differences among individuals or populations, such as height, weight, head circumference, and limb proportions. However, it is important to note that race is a social construct and not a scientifically valid biological category, so the use of anthropometry for racial classification is controversial and ethically problematic.
comparing the matter that makes up its different parts
I am told by mechanics that the two engines have many parts in common. "Too many to list" was the reply I got. I am not sure which parts are NOT the same though(?) Try comparing microfiches at OEM parts dealers online. A comparison of Suzuki part numbers will help. Note: the DR650 has a chain final drive, the LS650 is belt driven, so at least some of them are NOT identical. Hope this helps!
The metric system unit preferred for measuring clothing and body measurements is centimeters (cm). This unit provides a more precise and standardized way to measure lengths in comparison to millimeters or meters. Personal measurements such as waist size, inseam length, and sleeve length are commonly recorded in centimeters for accuracy.
