A consequtive is any value that repeats in order. Such that 1,2,3,4,5,6 . 1 is consequtive to 2 and 2 is to 3 and 3 is to 4 and so on. e.g. If any questions states that find the two consequtive odd or even numbers that add to 45 then we use the equation:

x+(x+2)=45

and if it states find the consequtive numbers that add upto 45 then we use the equation

x+(x+1)=45
