According to most body-mass-indexes, your weight and height are almost on par with ideal. So definitely not "too" skinny, but there are various things to keep in mind when calculating your own, personal, healthy bmi:

Your age, gender, genetics, health issues, etc.

If you are exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet (including a multivitamin), and most importantly have a positive outlook about yourself, you have nothing to worry about.
