No. As soon as you see that '0' at the end, you know it's a multiple of '10'.

No multiple of '10' can be a prime, because in addition to itself and '1', it also
has '2' and '5' for factors.

In addition to '2' and '5', this particular number also has factors of

4, 7, 8, 10, 14, 16, 20, 28, 32, 35, 40, 56, 70, 80, 112, 140, 160, 224, 280, and 560.

It misses being a Prime number by just a wee bit.
