By the very fact that it ends in an even number , '6', ,then it is divisible by '2' . Hence it is a compound number.

NB . Other than '2' , there are no other even prime numbers.

All prime numbers are 'odd' numbers.

Odd Numbers end in 1,3,5,7,9.

NNNB Not all odd numbers are prime numbers. e.g. 33 = 3 x 11
