Area 51 is a Top Secret military base run by the USA government. They work on Ultra Top Secret projects there. Unless you have a top secret security clearance from the government, you will be arrested, and maybe even shot on sight If you try and enter the top secret military base. I am sure that the people in charge of guarding the base have the right to use Deadly Force on any unauthorized personnel who tries to get in. They might try and shot to wound you in the arm or leg, but, if they miss and kill you, well you should have known better than to try and get in a base with Warning signs posted all around it.
