And estimating is a close guess of the actual value, usually with some thought or calculation involved.

Example: Alex estimated there were 10,000 sunflowers in the field by counting rows.

No its not because Rounding- finding the nearest 5,10,100,1000 and so on and Estimating- is making an educated guess and that's coming from a 6th grader. So theres the answer
