I've never heard of primary vs. secondary sources ofreading, but I can provide an answer on primary vs. secondary sources of data.A secondary source of data is data that was collected for a reason other than the task at hand. A good example is US Census data. Marketers might use census data as input into decisions. An example of application of this data is as follows. Suppose you want to distribute your product in the 5 most populated cities in the US. You could find this info from census data, and go about distributing your product in those 5 cities.A primary source of data is data that is collected specifically for the task at hand, often via a market research study. For example, if you wanted to know what features of your product are most valued to buyers, you would design a market research study (i.e. questionnaire) to find that out. At the end of your study, you'd have the data to answer your question.---Note that there is quite a trade in used data. There's nothing wrong in this, provided all the relevant information about things like the purpose and reliability and possible sources of distortion of the old data are taken into account.
In providing so called secondary data that can prevent us from spending money on expensive research that has been already done by third party.
data means information useful or useless for us
zero
Extraneous data is that which is not relevant to the specific question or area being considered/analysed.So, for example, let us imagine you had collected data on all the boys and girls in your class at school. Now let us suppose that you wished to analyse all the data on the boys only.As you are now only interested in the data relating to the boys, then the data relating to the girls is extraneous for this purpose.
primary file organization says that how data itself is stored on the storage device. a secondary logical maintinance of physically stored data that helps us to speed access to the physically stored data.
primary 3% secondary 17% tertiary 80%

The Constitution of the United States, for the most part, has described the role of the Federal government, the basic rights of US citizens, and the limits of the Federal governments powers. As such, it's my opinion that it is a current and thus primary source of information.

James Madison :)
Primary source because a primary source is from the past/something from someone whose been in that time but a secondary source is something from us/people who have not been in that time, and its also what we think happened then.
There are a number of ways a primary document such as the US Constitution can work. This primary document works as the guide for how to run the country.
The primary host of a tape worm would be the pig, it is when humans eat uncooked pork that the eggs of the tape worm are passed on to the secondary host us (humans).
